SIGN LANGUAGE TRAINING OF THE SERVICE PROVIDERS

Sign language being one of the offical languages in Kenya, is essential and persons with disabilities have a right to access effective  information. Three counties, Siaya Meru and Kilifi were picked to train the service providers sign language so that they can be able to effectively communicate with persons with hearing impairment.
